Annual Brick in Architecture Awards Contest Winners Announced
The county’s most visionary projects incorporating fire-clay brick have earned the annual Brick in Architecture Awards from the Brick Industry Association. Glen-Gery claimed eight awards, more than any other brick manufacturer this year.

August 5th marks a historic moment in the civil rights movement. Fifty years ago, the Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. led a march through Chicago's Marquette Park neighborhood to protest unfair housing practices. A brick monument was dedicated in honor of Dr. King.
